All training sessions, starting with the warm-up jog and ending with the game tactical analysis, are held with the ball.
Each practice session and each exercise has a specific purpose. The coaching staff makes up a detailed training plan that is then strictly implemented in the learning process.
It does not matter whether the team is attacking or defending, or whether the players are experienced or simply beginners; the main thing is being able to think, to analyze what is happening on the field here and now. This is the goal of our training.
Every mistake is an invaluable lesson. Mistakes and failures are an integral part of the learning process. If players were never wrong, there would be no champions. It is important to handle faults properly, and use them as a catalyst for personal growth.
The coach plays a crucial role in the player's self-esteem, trust and patience are crucial in order to develop the player's hidden talent.
One needs to explain as many times as it is required: no more, no less. By revising materials and analyzing mistakes, we can retain the correct reaction of the player to the comments and develop his body's memory so that he can instantly make the right moves on the field.

Barca Academy regularly participates in tournaments held under the auspices of the Moscow Football Federation. Other internal tournaments are also organized as part of the training program. This way, Barca Academy players regularly get practice sessions, where they retain the skills that they acquire during the training process.
An annual tournament of all FC Barcelona schools is held in Barcelona. Teams from 43 academies compete for the title of Best Barca Academy. This is a perfect chance for the most talented young men to prove themselves and to get noticed by the European scouts.

The kit comes with:

Football boots, shin pads and goalie gloves are not included.

Training season duration – 10 months (from September to June inclusive)
To be admitted for training, one is required to pass a standard medical examination at one of the Moscow Health Department medical exercises dispensaries. At the dispensary, one must get a written referral from the pediatrician of the child's local clinic where the child is examined.

The entire training process is supervised by assistant coaches (from both Russia and Spain) under the guidance of Head Coach of Barca Academy – Jordi Gratacos Gayola.
A football player can only practice in the group in which he was initially assigned by the Head Coach following the try outs.
During the training season at BARÇA Academy, each player is provided with 2 Sports Reports prepared by the Head Coach that reflect the dynamics of development of the young football player's sports (football) indicators.
At the First Touch level, parents can choose 2 or 3 practice sessions per week.
The other levels offer 4 sessions per week (3 practice sessions and 1 match day).
All the training camps include a highly qualified sports doctor who provides the football players with medical / psychological care at first need.

On Monday 16 July, the Moscow Academy of the Barcelona Football Club held open try outs of young talents aged 3 to 15 years. VM had the chance to watch how the guys showed their skills on the pitch.
On 16 July, BARCA Academy Moscow will hold tryouts of children for the official Barcelona Football Academy for the 2018-19 season.
